Language learning: Effective speaking skills

Effective tip number one for learning to speak a new language. Most people believe that they must have a teacher teach them a new language but this is simply not true. This is passive learning and it is preferred among tion but too many language learners to learn a language. A language requires active learning. True a teacher can provide the fundamentals and a basis for grammar and pronounciation but they cannot teach you how to speak.  YOU MUST start the initiative by YOURSELF.  It doesn’t matter who you speak to (theire level of proficiency in the language does not matter) or how little vocabulary you know, you must deliver confidence in yourself and just speak it. If you do not speak up you will always be a passive learner and you will never learn or improve your speaking skills.
