Time Wasters

I begun to believe that office workers and or companies in general really know how to waste time. Perhaps it is really the fault of the company that forces workers to be at work for eight hours a day. I recieve a document that needs a translation, I spend about three hours translating it and then return it then I sit waiting for more. Four hours later I recieve two sentences and so I spend five minutes to translate it and return it. Then work is finished for the day. So I spent approximately three hours and five minutes out of a eight hour day actually working. So for the remainder of the five hours or so I did nothing, if there were jobs available on-line I could do those and get extra pay while at work. I am absolutely sick of this wastefulness.
