When it comes to networking I think that most Chinese have to be the best at networking because they are always talking about something. So if you want to get a message out then do it in China and the internet is one very good way to network and get your important message out to millions of users who are on-line at any given time. Of course you will have to write your post in Chinese because why would you write a post in English and get only a few visitors when you can thousands more when you write a post in Chinese.
